Official Rules
1.
Only
one winner – age 18 or older, must be
Pa.
resident.
2.
Entries
must be completely filled out and in entry boxes at
sponsor locations by close of business Friday, December 9, 2011.
3.
Prize
from participating location determined by
business.
4.
No
purchase necessary. No prize substitution.
5.
Winner
will be announced Wednesday, December14, 2011 and cash winner
must pick-up the $1,000.00 cash prize in person at First Media
Radio Studios, 801 East DuBois Ave. DuBois,
Pa.
Winner must provide I.D., sign a waiver to claim prize, and
permit WQYX/WCPA to use their name and photo for subsequent
promotional announcements.
6.
Employees of First Media Radio LLC, all participating sponsors,
and their immediate families are not eligible.
7. Odds of
winning determined by the number of correct entries received.
