resident at least 18 years old.

Entries must be completely filled
out.

Only one entry per person, per location
each week.

Grand Prize is a selected “Hot Tub” from
B & C Pools & Spas.

No purchase necessary.

One grand prize winner determined from
all finalists.

Finalist must be present at final day to
win, only one finalist per household.

No prize substitution.
Not redeemable for cash.

Winner is responsible for all necessary
registration, taxes, installation and necessary accessories
to operate tub and a 1099 form will be sent to the winner
for the value of the prize.

Winner must sign a waiver to claim prize
and permit WQYX/WCPA to use their name and photo for
subsequent promotional announcements.
